Success of the Program

There are three reasons that make the WHC so successful.

First of all, the Whole Health Challenge is not simply a diet. The Whole Health Challenge is different because the focus of the program is about improving overall health and fitness. Weight loss, improved energy and generally feeling better are the by-products of the improvements made in your health and fitness.

The second reason for the success of the WHC is education. Within the program, there are eight, 45-minute interactive classes on various topics to help our clients understand exactly what is happening during the WHC and how their eating and exercise habits are contributing to their own health. During the first class, individualized goals are set by the clients. These goals are monitored throughout the program. Additionally, our program takes a look at several of the truths and myths in health, diet and fitness. And probably most importantly, we examine topics like genetic engineering of foods, the effects of pesticides, herbicides, growth hormones and antibiotics that are present in many of the foods available for consumption.

The final key to the success of our WHC clients is the group setting. Coming together as a group brings a whole new level of support and accountability. The WHC is most successful when you bring your friends and family in to the program to support each other in one common goal…Improving your health and fitness!
